Our Appellate Practice Group handles emergent and non-emergent matters before the New Jersey Appellate Division and Supreme Court. The firm’s efforts across a wide range of subject matter have resulted in a number of recent precedent-setting decisions. We are active in writing and/or arguing in amicus efforts for both the New Jersey State Bar Association and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and regularly lecture with justices, judges, and practitioners regarding appellate and Supreme Court practice. Additionally, our attorneys are skilled in handling appellate arbitration of issues previously tried by arbitrators.

Our Roots and Our Growth
Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, was founded more than 60 years ago as a small law office in New Jersey. Over the years, the firm’s leaders have implemented the founding lawyers’ vision to carefully and methodically build Einhorn Barbarito step by step. Today, we have three offices for the convenience of our clients, and our attorneys handle matters at the local, state, and federal levels.
Since its founding, our attorneys have been active in community organizations, received high honors and awards in the legal industry, and have served in leadership positions in the legal community. Our senior attorneys have cultivated reputations for excellence by building long-lasting relationships with clients through high-quality work, and they pass these principles to younger associates.
