William “Billy” Caswell is an Associate in the firm’s Wills, Trusts & Estates and Taxation practice groups, where he assists clients with estate planning and estate administration including drafting wills, trust documents, charitable vehicles and other aspects of property and wealth distribution. Billy also represents clients in complex estate and fiduciary litigation matters and tax dispute matters with the IRS or New Jersey Division of Taxation.
While attending William & Mary Law School, Billy served as a legal intern at an estate planning law firm in Virginia and worked as a researcher for the Warren E. Burger Archives. He was also an active member of the Student Bar Association and worked as a research assistant. As an undergraduate at Rutgers University, Billy was a member of the Matthew Leydt Society, which recognizes students ranked in the top 2% of the graduating class.
