$150,000 Total Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiffs, husband and wife, ages 52 and 50, respectively, at the time of the accident, were traveling at an intersection when two other vehicles were involved in an accident, causing one vehicle to spin and strike Plaintiffs’ vehicle. Plaintiffs both sustained neck injuries and were transported to the emergency room via ambulance. Plaintiffs underwent conservative treatment, but the treatment failed to relieve their pain, and were recommended for surgical intervention. The female Plaintiff underwent three level fusion surgery and is left with a 5-inch scar on her neck and two titanium rods with 10 screws permanently implanted in her cervical spine. The case settled for the policy limits of $150,000.
