$235,000 Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, age 20, at the time of the accident, was a passenger in a pick-up truck that was rear-ended by a Mack truck.  Plaintiff sustained lower back injuries and attempted conservative care and epidural steroid injections. Unfortunately, his back pain remained and he underwent lumbar surgery. The case settled for a total amount of $ 235,000.00.
