$300,000 Settlement Following BB Gun Accident

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of a Minor Plaintiff, age 8, who was injured when the Defendants’ son fired two shots directly at the Minor Plaintiff. Plaintiff was struck in the right eye and required surgery. Due to his bodily injuries, the Minor Plaintiff was left with a lifelong deficit and no vision in his right eye. The case was settled for a total amount of $300,000.
