$312,000 Total Settlement In Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, forty-three years old at the time of the accident, was an Uber passenger, restrained by a seatbelt, when his Uber vehicle struck the rear of a pick-up truck traveling in front of them. Upon impact, Plaintiff’ s body flew forward and he struck his face on a tablet attached to the seat in front of him. As a result of this accident, Plaintiff sustained the following injuries: a tear in his left shoulder, left wrist injuries and a herniated disc in his neck, among other things. Plaintiff underwent extensive therapy, but the therapy failed and plaintiff underwent surgical procedures to his left shoulder and wrist, as well as epidural steroid injections for his spinal injuries. The case settled for a total amount of $ 312,000.00.
