$575,000 Settlement Following Pedestrian Accident

Christopher L. At the time of the accident, Plaintiff hit her head on the ground and her right leg was run over by the vehicle. Plaintiff suffered from pain in her neck, shoulder, arm, ribs, leg, neck, and back. Her neck injuries ultimately required surgery after conservative treatment failed to heal her pain. The case was settled for a total amount of $575,000.
