Alissa D. Hascup was featured in the Law360 New Jersey Pulse article “Former Assistant County Prosecutor Joins Einhorn Barbarito” announcing her arrival to the firm as counsel.
Prior to joining the firm, Hascup worked as a solo criminal defense attorney, representing clients charged with criminal offenses throughout New Jersey. She also served as an Assistant County Prosecutor with the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, working in the domestic violence unit before moving to the trial unit where she prosecuted crimes like murder, robbery, and weapons and drug offenses.
Hascup cites Einhorn Barbarito’s resources and her working relationship with Matt Troiano, chair of the firm’s Criminal Practice Group, as key reasons for moving her practice, noting “I accomplished a great deal as a solo practitioner, but it felt like an appropriate time to move to a larger firm.”
