“I am delighted to congratulate Gary on being named as a Leader in Law,” said Patricia M. Barbarito, co-managing partner of the firm. “In addition to Gary’s leadership and strategic insight in growing our firm, he chairs the Tax, Trusts & Estates practice groups and helps clients ‘every step of the way’ as our tagline assures.”

Barbarito continued, “This honor also recognizes Gary’s mentorship to help young attorneys go beyond their technical skills and to develop a creative and strategic mindset for crafting well-articulated legal arguments.”

Botwinick was also recognized for his longtime support of the Jewish Community Foundation, which is the legacy and endowment arm of the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ. He currently serves on the Board of Directors as Vice President to help donors accomplish their objectives in a tax-efficient manner to ensure that the Jewish community will remain vibrant for generations to come.

At Einhorn Barbarito, he advises clients in planning for unique family challenges, business succession, premarital planning, and charitable planning. Also, he and co-managing partner Patricia Barbarito collaborate on financial and matrimonial strategies for complex executive divorce matters.

A sought-after lecturer on estate and tax topics, Botwinick has taught at NJICLE, the NY State Society of CPAs, and Fairleigh Dickinson University. A previous president of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey, he was also a Board Member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section, and has been a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel since 2006.
